Introduction

Triolla Software Development Ltd is committed to promoting accessibility to allow people with disabilities and special needs convenient access to and use of the services we offer. We strive to ensure convenient access for all our customers at service and sales points, on the website, and through our telephone service centers.

Approximately fifteen percent of the population in Israel encounters internet accessibility difficulties, including those with visual impairments, hearing impairments, people with motor disabilities, the elderly, and more.

To ensure professional and tailored service for everyone, we have made the necessary adjustments to our website, implementing accessibility rules in accordance with the principles of the Israeli Accessibility Standard and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 5773-2013 (Chapter C: Internet Services). Our website complies with the requirements of Accessibility Standard 5568 at AA level, according to WCAG 2.1 guidelines. The website’s accessibility is adapted for popular browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer 9 and above.

Accessibility Arrangements in the Organization

Information about building accessibility and access routes to our offices:

• Our company is located at 2 Zarhin Street, Ra’anana.
• Holders of a disabled parking permit issued by the Ministry of Transport may use the northern parking area by coordinating with the accessibility coordinator.
• There is a municipal parking lot adjacent to the building, with free parking for vehicles displaying a disabled parking permit.
• The building includes wide elevators, with Braille buttons in the control panels.
• Accessible restrooms are available on every floor, next to the men’s restrooms.

We provide you with an advanced accessibility widget from NagishExpress Web Accessibility, powered by a dedicated accessibility server. This software enables your site to improve its compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).

12. A “reading mask” that dims everything but the main content area
13. A “reading guide” bar that follows the cursor to aid line-by-line reading
14. Text-alignment controls (align left, right, or center)
15. Line-height controls to adjust vertical spacing between lines
16. Predefined accessibility profiles for: motor impairment, blindness, color-blindness, dyslexia, low vision, cognitive/learning disabilities, epilepsy, and ADHD

The accessibility plugin supports screen-reader software such as JAWS, NVDA, and others.
