Compliance with Web Accessibility Standards
All pages on this website are written in valid HTML5 code. Using valid code ensures proper operation of assistive technologies used by people with disabilities (such as screen readers for the visually impaired). The site is designed with contrasting colors to optimize use for people with visual impairments and color blindness. The content is semantic and includes headings, data tables, lists, paragraphs, standard links, form controls, and image descriptions where relevant.

The site contains content areas in frames displayed from other websites. These areas are defined using the title attribute. However, their accessibility depends on the hosting site. For example, Facebook content in the sidebar of content pages. The forms on the site are accessible to screen readers and keyboard users.

Site Display
You can change the text size on the site using the keyboard (CTRL +) or via the menu. Increasing the text size by 200% will display the site as it appears on mobile devices, for optimal content viewing. The minimum recommended resolution for viewing the site is 980 pixels wide. Note that the site is also viewable at lower resolutions. The site is responsive and adapted for mobile devices. You can browse the site without CSS and still receive a proper result. Dynamic information carousels can be stopped and started using the keyboard or mouse.

If you wish to make other changes to text size or colors, you can do so through your browser settings. Please follow your browser’s instructions for changing colors and fonts. These changes will affect all websites you view in your browser. Some sites may not respond to these changes if they are not accessible.

How to Navigate the Site Using a Keyboard
Repeatedly pressing the Tab key will move you between the different links on the page. Pressing Enter will activate the selected link. Note: pressing Tab moves to the next link, while Shift + Tab returns to the previous link. Additionally, the site supports shortcut keys that allow you to quickly access important pages or areas. The activation of shortcut keys depends on your browser:

• In Internet Explorer, Chrome, and older versions of Firefox: press the Alt key and the relevant number or letter according to the list. For example, to go to the homepage, press Alt+1.
• In Firefox 3 and above: press Alt + Shift + the relevant number or letter. For example, press Alt+Shift+1 to go to the homepage.

How to Browse the Site Using a Screen Reader
This information is intended for blind or visually impaired users who use screen reader software. The site uses landmarks to mark main content areas and ARIA attributes to assist with complex applications such as information carousels on main pages, dropdown menus, modals for image display, content accordions, and tabs.

The structure of all pages on the site is identical and includes the following sections:

• Links to keyboard shortcuts
• Main menu – contains primary links to lobby pages and main topics
• Page title and subtitle
• Page content
• Supplementary content area on some pages
• Footer menu
• Contact information
• Privacy statements and terms of use

All menus are built using lists to allow for easy navigation.
All areas on the site’s pages are defined using headings and landmarks as mentioned above.

Videos
Some videos include subtitles, but not all. We are working to add subtitles to all audio content on the site.
Videos are presented in HTML5 format to facilitate keyboard use.
